A useful tool to obtain basic property information about a specific parcel or address in the Village is available through the Geographic Information System (GIS) link below.  Information available is provided by street address or by Property Index Number (PIN) and includes the following information for each property in the Village: 

• Property Index Number (PIN)
• Zoning Code District Classification
• Map and Aerial Photographs, street views and other images
• Cook County Assessment Information
• FEMA Flood Insurance Rate Map
• School District Information and Links
• Congressional and House Districts

Also available though the link below is a map tool that can be used to ascertain basic measurement estimates of areas or parcel lines.

Requests for Specific Property Documents

Specific Village property or address file documents are not readily available as they typically contain confidential or personal information.  However, if interested in obtaining specific information from Village records on a particular property, complete a Freedom of Information (FOI) request, identifying the specific address and specific documents you are interested in viewing.  In response, records will be researched and the Village Administrator's Office will contact you advising you of the documents that may be viewed. A Freedom of Information request may be completed in person at Village Hall, through fax or on-line through the link below.
