Keeping official records organized and current is the responsibility of the Village Clerk. The Clerk registers voters, issues permits and functions as the Village Collector's office.
In addition it is the duty of the Clerk's Office to maintain accurate minutes of all Board of Trustee Meetings, including Executive Sessions and Special Board Meetings. The Clerk maintains updated ordinances and resolutions for the Village.
Business that takes place in the Clerk's office includes:
- Registering Voters
- Issuing of Solicitor Permits
- Block Party Permits
- Parade Permits
- Village Board Meeting Minutes
Voter Registration Information
To register, you must have been a Lincolnwood resident for 30 days, and you must bring two forms of identification with you.
- Voters must register at least 30 days before the election.
- Lincolnwood residents can register to vote at Village Hall.
