Each May the Public Works Department hires 10 seasonal laborers to provide miscellaneous tasks throughout the Village. Interested candidates can obtain an application at the Department of Public Works located at 7001 N Lawndale Ave Lincolnwood, IL 60712. Applicants are encouraged to have a US High School degree or GED and must have a valid Driver's License, US residency, and be successful in an interview process. Seasonal laborers work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm and are expected to work for a period of six months. No benefits are offered for this position.
