Building Permits
To Obtain a Building Permit You Must Have:
  • All Fees Paid
  • A Completed Building Permit Application
  • All Contractors and Subcontractors Must Have All Bonds and Licenses
  • 3 Sets of Plats of Survey (not older than 6 months)
  • Tax ID Number
  • 3 Sets of Plans Stamped and Sealed by an Architect
   
Contractor Work Hours:

Monday-Friday

7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Saturday

7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Sundays and Holidays   

No work hours
